Delete your LuuL account
The fastest path is inside the app. It removes your LuuL authentication account and account-owned app data.
Delete inside LuuL
- Open LuuL and sign in.
- Open You.
- Choose Privacy & data.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm.
A recent sign-in may be required. If LuuL asks you to sign in again, complete that step and return to Delete Account.
What is removed
Deletion removes your Firebase Authentication account, your account-owned cloud profile and subcollections, generation jobs stored under your account, app progress, goals, plans, financial-plan data, and local account state on the device performing deletion.
A short-lived opaque marker may remain for up to 24 hours to stop an old or offline device from recreating the deleted account. The marker does not contain your email, goals, amounts, or plan text.
Cannot access the app?
Email us from the address associated with the account. We will verify the request and process it as required by applicable law and store policy.
