Your device model and operating-system version.
The LuuL app version shown in Account & app.
The screen you were on and the action you took.
A screenshot, if it does not expose information you would rather keep private.

Never send a password, verification code, private key, or payment credential.

Account and privacy help

LuuL supports in-app account deletion from You > Privacy & data > Delete Account. If you cannot open the app, follow the account-deletion instructions to request help.
