1. Using LuuL

By creating an account or using LuuL, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use LuuL only in compliance with applicable law.

LuuL is not directed to children under 13. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms where you live, do not use the service without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Founder beta

Beta software changes. Features may be added, adjusted, temporarily unavailable, or removed as we test reliability and usefulness. Beta access or a server-granted feature does not guarantee permanent access to that feature.

We will try to preserve your progress and communicate material changes, but you should not use the beta as the sole record for information with legal, medical, financial, or safety deadlines.

3. Guidance and AI limitations

LuuL is not a medical device. It is a self-improvement and planning tool, not a substitute for a qualified professional.

LuuL content is not financial, medical, legal, or mental-health treatment advice. AI-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect. Review suggestions before acting, and seek appropriate professional help when a decision could materially affect your health, safety, finances, or legal rights.

LuuL does not guarantee a particular habit, health, financial, relationship, career, or personal outcome.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the goals, plans, notes, and other original content you provide. You give Life Compass, LLC permission to process and store that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve LuuL according to the Privacy Policy.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. Do not use LuuL to threaten, exploit, impersonate, defraud, harass, or harm another person, attack the service, bypass access or cost controls, or distribute unlawful material.

5. Service availability and account action

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users, investigate abuse, enforce these terms, comply with law, or keep the service within operational limits. Normal AI outages, quota limits, or disabled generation should fall back to available non-AI planning where the product supports it rather than erase your work.

You may stop using LuuL at any time and may delete your account through the app. We may end the service or these terms with notice when reasonably possible.

6. Responsibility and risk

You are responsible for decisions you make using LuuL. To the extent permitted by law, LuuL is provided without a guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as LuuL changes. We will post the new effective date and provide additional notice when required. If you do not agree to updated terms, you may stop using LuuL and delete your account.
