Trust and safety

How LuuL treats you

These promises describe the new LuuL we’re building; the current beta may differ.

What you can count on

Private items stay private.
Free never uses AI.
Nothing is locked behind a creature.
Numbers never judge you.
LuuL never asks about, records or guesses a diagnosis.
“I need a moment” opens help, any time, and stores nothing.

Questions or concerns
